Shipping and Risk of Loss
All items purchased from GG Cellphone Accessories and More are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Is not able to resolve shipping problems after delivery, as outlined on our website in our Conditions of Use, noted under 'Risk of Loss' which states: "All items purchased from GG are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
