3. Sales Tax (Texas Nexus) 
The applicable Sales tax rate will be calculated at checkout based on the local and state tax requirements of the shipping destination.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss
All items purchased from GG Cellphone Accessories and More are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
  • Return Policy: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned.
  • Warranties: Most electronic accessories carry a manufacturer’s warranty. GG Cellphone Accessories and More provides no independent warranty for third-party products but will assist you in contacting the manufacturer if a defect occurs.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns of electronic devices or high-value items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, GG Cellphone Accessories and More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damage to your mobile device) arising from the use of products purchased from this site.

7. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
